From delivering babies to delivering homes…
In 2015, I earned my real estate license after working for a decade as a midwife. The parallels are surprising. In both high-stakes situations, you need to count on someone who is highly knowledgeable, will stay calm under pressure, and communicates clearly and quickly. Big life transitions are where I excel!
People are more important than architecture though I do love a good mid-century modern. Investing in real estate has the ability to change lives and provide generational wealth. Where you live has a huge impact on your quality of life, which is why I find my work so gratifying.
I live in the Matthews Beach Neighborhood of Seattle with Ben, who has been making me laugh for almost 30 years, our 4 crazy kids, and one dog from Mexico. We are restoring our dream home, a 1966 ranch full of wood paneling, shag carpet, and, our favorite feature, a kidney-shaped pool!
