I'm Mel Parsons, and I have been diligently honing my skills and building a strong reputation as a top-tier real estate agent in the Seattle market since 2015.
 
My track record shows consistent wins for buyer clients even when they're up against higher offers. The homes I sell get updated, marketed, and sold quickly, even some really unique ones! 

I offer integration with my own team of professionals: trusted contractors, real estate lawyers, loan officers, stagers, and more- so any question can be answered and any challenge overcome.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent a decade as a midwife. The parallels are surprising. In both high-stakes situations, you need to count on someone highly knowledgeable who will stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly and quickly. Big life transitions are where I excel!

People are more important than architecture, although I do love a good mid-century modern. Investing in real estate has the ability to change lives and provide generational wealth. Where you live greatly impacts your quality of life, which is why I find my work so gratifying. 

I live in the Matthews Beach Neighborhood of Seattle with my husband Ben (who has been making me laugh for over 30 years) and our 4 crazy kids!  We are restoring our dream home, a 1966 ranch full of wood paneling, shag carpet, and-- our favorite feature-- a kidney-shaped pool!
